At Patches N Things, we stand behind the quality of our products. If the products received have defects or are damaged, we will reproduce, replace, and deliver the affected quantity, free of charge.

8.2 Time Limit: To qualify, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

8.4 Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, free from damage or signs of usage.
8.5 Replacements: Upon meeting the conditions of qualification, we will replace all affected pieces and ship free of charge. The timeline required for this process will be dependent on the product received and reasonable length of time for production and shipping – our support team will notify you of an appropriate time frame.
Please note that this 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is applicable for a period of 30 days from the date of product receipt. After this period, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
The program called “Free Mockup” applies to quotes with a quantity of 10 and above. The free mockup comes in a single version, if the customer wants to perform edits to the mockup, they need to firstly proceed with a paid order.
When engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to our refund policy outlined below:
Design Phase:
If you choose to cancel your order during the design phase, a full refund will be processed within 3-7 days.
Sample Phase:
In case of order cancellation after the creation of a physical prototype, a non-refundable charge, the lesser of $100 or 20% of the order value, will be applied.
Production Phase:
Following your approval of the sample or design, your order proceeds to full production. Should you decide to cancel during this phase, 60% of your order value will be non-refundable to cover incurred costs.
Post Shipment:
Due to the customized nature of our products, no refunds are issued post-shipment. However, under specific circumstances, partial refunds (excluding manufacturing and shipping costs) may be considered. Claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of order delivery.
This policy aims to uphold transparency and fairness in our refund processes.
Patches N Things shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, products, or services.
